I agree that I will abide by all Fox Cultural Hall rules, procedures and policies. I agree to purchase event liability insurance and liquor liability insurance for my event and send a certificate to the venue coordinator, before I will be allowed to host my event. I understand that submitting rental request application is not a guarantee that I will receive the date I requested. I will be notified by the venue coordinator a confirmation that my date has been approved.
