About us

Fox Cultural Hall is a 501(c)3 non-profit with the mission is to inspire, teach and build our rural communities through equitable access to the arts and arts education. The hall is a 325-person art, culture, and performance space located in North Lake Tahoe. Operating as Arts For The Schools for the last 40 years, we founded Fox Cultural Hall to expand our programs and offerings including artistic performances, classes, workshops, clubs, and arts programming for our rural communities and schools.

Professional Development is at the core of our strategy to excel in our work and provide access to all.

Striving to learn the best practices and to share this knowledge with our colleagues and young students, we provide many programs with professional development training including arTRAIN or Tech Club or Youth Internships.

At the Hall, we will be adding new professional development opportunities each month, to better meet our regions’ needs for professional development in the arts.
